Room to BE in KC

Join me for a short and sweet city retreat this Memorial Day weekend! We will meet for yoga classes, workshops, and take excursions around the city! This is my very first time bringing the RtB community together, and I'm hoping to make it as friendly as possible. To that end, everything is optional. You don't have to pay one big retreat fee; you can mix and match and participate only as much as you want.

Things of Note!

All sessions take place at KC Yoga Kula unless otherwise noted. This is a basement studio accessed by staircase.
KC Yoga Kula is located in the east Brookside neighborhood, near 63rd and Rockhill. If you are looking for a place to stay, Air BnB and other room-share businesses are available in KC, or you might look to hotels near Country Club Plaza neighborhood.
We'll be doing some sight-seeing around the city, most still TBD, but they will be very affordable/free excursions. The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art is also located near the Plaza.
Our airport is Kansas City International (KCI/MCI), and mass transit into town isn't great. If you are planning to fly in, keep in touch. There are rental car services, and we have all the usual cab and ride-share services, but I can maybe even be a shuttle, too.
My RtB student platform is through Ubindi - this is what I'll be using for all-community emails; as we get closer to the event, I'll be e-mailing with attendees directly. If you'd like to join my student list, visit the site and click "Follow." On the schedule itself, all the "Room to BE in KC" classes are open for registration, scroll to May 22nd to see the first session. Once you sign up for a class, you'll also be added to my student list.
If you know you'd like to attend all 4 classes, you can also pick the "Packs" tab and select the "Room to BE in KC 2026" Pack and I'll add you to all sessions; you don't need to do that separately.
